Perform dish washing, ware washing and cleaning operations in kitchen/dish washing areas and perform a variety of other related tasks, following standard practices and procedures. Perform daily/weekly/monthly-cleaning duties as per separate schedule. Comply with regulatory requirements.
Requires a High School diploma or GED, equivalent work experience can be substituted for education requirement.
Must have effective oral/written communication skills.
Prefer some previous experience in commercial dishwashing operations, though on-the-job training is provided.
