Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resource Director, the Human Resource Representative/Secretary is responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resource policies; and serves as clerical support to the Human Resources Department related to new employee onboarding processes, building employee files, creating ID badges, and uploading documentation to Employee Data Direct “EDD” or other HRIS system(s). Responsible for maintaining supply inventory.  Serves as the official Human Resource Auditor for the completion of: DOICA forms, 30/90 Day Questionnaires, Licensure and Certifications, Evaluations, etc.  Also responsible for tracking and uploading licensure and certifications, tracking of new employee orientation participation, and receipt of Departmental Orientation Checklists.

  • Monday - Thursday,
  • 6 hours per day.
