Job Description

Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, may make recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Tracks licensures and certifications. Performs general recruiting duties: post open positions, send offer letters, and onboarding. Assists with employee engagement event planning. Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Reports to the Director of Human Resources. Bachelors degree in a related area and 2-3 years of experience in the field is preferred. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within healthcare.
