Job Description

Perform diversified duties in diet office, e.g. take messages for diet orders, process menus, edit menus and other similar tasks to achieve accurate and timely menu service to tray line.  Follow standard practices and comply with regulatory requirements.                                                         


Qualifications

Education:
High school education or GED preferred.  Ability to follow written and oral instructions and follow established procedures.  Ability to communicate, written and orally, in English.  Ability to do simple math computation and record keeping.  Legible handwriting.
 
 
Experience:
Sufficient previous experience beneficial, though on-the-job training is provided.
 
 
Licenses/Certificates:
Must obtain Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of hire.
