Plans and directs all nursing personnel. Develops and implements nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Reviews nursing department operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

Requirements:

• NM RN license
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Masters preferred
• At least 7-10 years of experience
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• BLS certification required
