Job Description

The Human Resources Director is responsible for managing the human resources department with day-to-day operations and supporting the organization with a wide range of strategic initiatives. Participate as a member of Executive leadership to promote and drive a culture of employee engagement and top tier patient satisfaction. Maintains records of insurance coverage, pension plans, and transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carriers. Conducts wage surveys to determine competitive wage rates. Prepares the budget for Human Resource operations. Evaluates and suggests new benefit or compensation structures or changes to existing plans as needed. Bachelor's degree with at least 7-10 years of direct experience.

The Human Resources Director must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity to ensure employee and organization confidence and protection of the integrity of human resources operations and information. The Human Resources Director plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the human resources department ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization mission and talent, benefit, and operational strategies.
